Battle Mountain Gold Inc. Grants Stock Options to Certain Directors, Officers, Employees and Consultants

(ENP Newswire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) ENP Newswire - 18 August 2014 Release date- 15082014 - Battle Mountain Gold Inc. (TSX-V: BMG) announces that it has granted stock options to certain directors, officers, employees, and consultants for the purchase of up to 1,550,000 shares of the Company under its stock option plan.

The options are exercisable at a price of $0.25 per share until August 14, 2019. Any common shares issued upon exercise of the options are subject to a four month hold period pursuant to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. The options are subject to the terms of the Company's Stock Option Plan, which has been approved by shareholders of the Company and the TSX Venture Exchange. The stock option grant is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
