HOLLISTON, Mass. --(Business Wire)--

Harvard Apparatus Regenerative Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ:HART), a clinical stage biotechnology company developing regenerated organs for transplant, initially focused on the trachea, will announce results of its second quarter ended June 30, 2014 before market trading hours on Friday, August 8, 2014. A conference call to discuss the company's second quarter results and the company's operations is scheduled for that same day at 11:00 AM (Eastern Time). On that call, management may take questions from the audience on any of a number of topics related to the business, including operations, plans and outlook.

Our first product, the HART-Trachea, is intended to replace or repair a trachea that has been severely damaged by either trachea cancer or physical trauma.
