SHAREHOLDER ALERT: Levi & Korsinsky, LLP Reminds Investors of Class Action Against Blucora, Inc. and Its Board of Directors and a Lead Plaintiff Deadline of July 14, 2014

NEW YORK --(Business Wire)--

Levi & Korsinsky announces that a class action lawsuit has been commenced in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington on behalf of investors who purchased Blucora, Inc. ("Blucora" or the "Company") (NasdaqGS:BCOR) common stock between November 5, 2013 and February 20, 2014.

The complaint alleges that throughout the Class Period defendants misrepresented and/or failed to disclose that: (a) the Company's main web properties were tied to malware, virues and browser hijackers; (b) Blucora's search volumes had been boosted due to a rise in illicit search traffic; (c) a significant portion of the Company's traffic was derived from malware, illicit traffic, pirated content, and/or click fraud; and (d) the Company's relationship with Google (News - Alert) was impaired and thus Google was unlikely to renew its contract with the Company on the same terms as previously arranged.

If you suffered a loss in Blucora you have until July 14, 2014 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn't require that you serve as a lead plaintiff. To obtain additional information, contact Joseph E.
