(Business Times (Malaysia) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) KUALA LUMPUR: UEM Sunrise Bhd, the country's largest property developer by market capitalisation, is targeting a 70 per cent takeup rate for its newly-launched Block B of Residensi 22 Mont'Kiara condominium by year-end, and fully sold by as early as next year.

Residensi 22's Block A was launched last September and is fully sold.

Block B has 270 units, with an estimated gross development value of RM517 million.

According to UEM Sunrise chief marketing officer Siti Mariam Mohd Desa, the company has sold 20 per cent of Block B units.

The project features amenities such as a lap pool, gymnasium, tennis court, children's playground, pavili on , meditation lawn, a sky deck and a sky lounge.

"Each floor will have four spacious units and constructed with a skilful meld of modern aesthetics and functionality," Siti Mariam said, adding that 75 per cent of the units are corner units with wide balconies.
