Capella University Dean Receives "Women Helping Women" Award from the Minnesota American Council on Education Network

MINNEAPOLIS --(Business Wire)--

In recognition of her many years of work to help women excel as leaders in business and higher education, the dean of business in Capella University's School of Business & Technology, Barbara Butts Williams, PhD, has received a "Women Helping Women" award from the Minnesota American Council on Education (ACE) Network. "Barbara's passion for education is evident in her work with staff and students as she inspires and challenges others to realize their potential. Butts Williams received the award for providing "motivation, encouragement and support to other women in achieving their goals, both educationally and professionally."

Butts Williams previously served as the dean of Capella's School of Education.
