Law Firm Brower Piven Announces Investigation of CEC Entertainment, Inc. Proposed Buyout

STEVENSON, Md. --(Business Wire)--

The securities litigation firm of Brower Piven, A Professional Corporation, has commenced an investigation into possible breaches of fiduciary duty to current shareholders of CEC Entertainment, Inc.
