Keystone Insurers Group names Lea Ann Hawk Chief Operating Officer

NORTHUMBERLAND, Pa. --(Business Wire)--

Keystone Insurers Group, one of the nation's largest property and casualty insurance brokers, has appointed Lea Ann Hawk as the company's new chief operating officer (COO). Hawk has been with Keystone for nine years, most recently serving as vice president of client services.

Keystone's President and Chief Executive Officer David Boedker announced the appointment, saying, "Promoting Lea Ann to this position was a natural move. Her contributions to the success of our company have been tremendous. Her leadership and expertise will play an essential role in broadening our service offering and to the management of our strateic plans. We are very fortunate to have her on our team."

As COO, Hawk is responsible across Keystone's demographic footprint for both external and internal service functions, including relations with franchise partners, carriers and vendors. She has been and will continue to be a major contributor to the overall strategic direction of the company.
