Norwalk, CT (January 31, 2013) - TMC, a global, integrated media company helping clients build communities in print, in person and online, announced today that its publication, TMC's CUSTOMER magazine, is accepting applications for its 2013 CRM Excellence Awards.
The Fourteenth Annual CRM Excellence Award is seeking CRM products or services which have helped extend and expand the customer relationship to become all encompassing, covering the entire enterprise and lifetime of the customer. The CRM Excellence Award is based on hard data, facts and numbers demonstrating the improvements that the winner's product has made in a client's business.
"The CRM Excellence Awards are highly acclaimed awards recognizing the companies that have proven to be true CRM partners to their customers and clients," said Rich Tehrani, CEO, TMC (News - Alert). Companies chosen for the CRM Excellence Awards will be highlighted in the May 2012 issue of CUSTOMER.
Early bird deadline for the CRM Excellence Award is February 15, 2013. Final application deadline is March 1, 2013.
