Oracle to acquire DataRaker

Dec 14, 2012 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- Oracle Corporation, an enterprise software company, has entered into an agreement to acquire DataRaker, Inc., a software-as-a-service company that provides data analytics for utilities. Both the companies are based in the US.
