You Asked, Papercheck Answers: Papercheck Announces New, Convenient Notification Features for Clients

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, Dec 10, 2012 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Papercheck, a leader in editing and proofreading services, announced two new notification features that will alert a client when his or her edited document is ready for download. Historically, an email would be sent to the client's email address located in his or her billing profile. However, with the explosion of corporate client growth fueled by corporations outsourcing their editing needs to Papercheck, multiple forms of notification to several individuals have become essential. Papercheck has responded with the following two features: alternative email address notifications and SMS notifications.

Papercheck allows clients to provide an alternate email at the time of submission. In the past, clients could only store one email in a profile, but as of 8/12, clients can store emails with each document.

This service was officially removed from beta in December. This new feature permits businesses, universities, and corporate entities to share a primary account and maintain one form of payment. It also prevents the financing department from having to forward emails to individuals submitting documents. Alternate email notification facilitates the separation of the account holder and the account submitter.

SMS notification is extremely helpful for corporate clients that need to be notified instantaneously. As soon as a document is returned by an editor, an SMS is dispatched to the client's mobile phone.

Similarly to the alternative email notification, a client enters the phone number at the time of submission. He or she may also store a preferred mobile number in the billing profile. If a client chooses to activate this feature, an additional fee of $1.00 will be applied to the document at the time of submission.

Papercheck is a San Francisco-based company that offers document editing and proofreading services, especially to academic users, over the Internet ( The firm's global network of editing and proofreading professionals deliver top-quality services at reasonable prices and with fast turnaround times. Papercheck encourages feedback and strives to improve the editing services industry. Papercheck is dedicated to exceeding client expectations.
