Students in New Global Knowledge Course Master Avaya Aura Call Center Elite

In the four-day course, students will learn to use Avaya (News - Alert) Aura Call Center Elite features, including skills-based call routing and advanced call vectoring, to enhance call center functionality and meet business objectives.

Students will learn about:

  • Call center components, concepts, and terms
  • Performing an initial call center configuration
  • Administering a dial plan, feature-related system parameters, hunt groups, agents, announcements, and music sources

  • Creating and testing call vectors
  • Avaya's call center applications used with Avaya Aura Call Center Elite
